After Black Adam’s cameo, Henry Cavill says he’s “back as Superman.”

Henry Cavill has said that he is “back as Superman” after making a cameo in Black Adam.

In a video posted to Instagram, the actor told his fans about the news. And he told them that “patience will be rewarded” for their patience.

In a post on social media, Superman actor Henry Cavill said that he will play the superhero again in the future.

The film Black Adam, released a week ago, featured a cameo appearance by Henry Cavill during the mid-credits scene at the end. The film stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson as the titular character. An ancient Egyptian who is transported to the present day

In a video posted to Instagram on Tuesday, Cavill said, “I want to wait until the end of the week before I post this” because he wants people to see “Black Adam.” I wanted to wait until the weekend was over because I wanted to give you all a chance to watch “Black Adam” (Oct 25).

“But now that many of you have seen the movie, I wanted to make it official: I am back as Superman,” he said. “It’s been a long time.”

Cavill wore the costume for the last time in Zack Snyder’s Justice League, which came out in 2021. Before that, he wore it in the 2017 version of the Justice League. He made his debut in the role of a superhero in the film Man of Steel (2013).

The British actor, who is 39 years old, penned the following in the caption for the photo: “A very small taste of what’s to come, my friends.”

Fans are hoping that Cavill’s version of Superman and Johnson’s version of Black Adam will face off in one of the next movies in the DC Extended Cinematic Universe.

Johnson’s pet project, Black Adam, debuted at number one at the box office in North America on its opening weekend and quickly climbed to the top spot.

Additionally, The Rock had his most successful weekend ever as a leading man in terms of the amount of money made at the box office during this particular weekend.
